Rigid & Magnetic Boxes
Hand-wrapped rigid construction from 1.5 to 3 mm greyboard, magnetic and ribbon closures, tolerances held to ±0.3 mm.
Folding Cartons
Litho and digital print on FSC board up to 600 gsm, with micro-flute lamination for heavier retail sets.
Surface & Finish
Hot foil in six passes, blind and registered deboss, soft-touch and satin varnish, screen-printed spot gloss.
Inserts & Protection
Moulded pulp, EVA, flocked and fabric-wrapped inserts engineered against 1.2 m drop and stacking loads.
