Design & Engineering
Structure, die-line and finish specification.
Our structural team builds the die-line in 2D/3D, tests closure force and stacking load, and specifies foil, deboss, varnish and lining. You receive a 2D/3D visual and a technical drawing that your logistics team can audit.

Sampling
White mock-up, then full production-intent sample.
First, a white dummy for hand-feel and fit. Then, a production-intent sample on the exact substrate with real foil and lining. Shipped express to Europe or the US for your sign-off.

18-30 DAYS
Production
Scheduled runs with in-line quality control.
Printing, foiling, die-cutting, and hand-assembly. Every 500th unit is pulled for dimensional and colour inspection against the approved sample. You receive photo reports at first-off, mid-run, and completion.

Nothing brokered, nothing guessed.
Rigid & Magnetic Boxes
Hand-wrapped rigid construction from 1.5 to 3 mm greyboard, magnetic and ribbon closures, tolerances held to ±0.3 mm.
Folding Cartons
Litho and digital print on FSC board up to 600 gsm, with micro-flute lamination for heavier retail sets.
Surface & Finish
Hot foil in six passes, blind and registered deboss, soft-touch and satin varnish, screen-printed spot gloss.
Inserts & Protection
Moulded pulp, EVA, flocked and fabric-wrapped inserts engineered against 1.2 m drop and stacking loads.
Inspected four times before it leaves the building.
Incoming material
Board thickness, grammage and moisture logged per pallet against supplier certificates.
First-off approval
Press sheet measured against the signed drawdown under D50 lighting; ΔE tolerance 1.5.
In-line sampling
Every 500th unit checked for dimension, closure force and foil adhesion by tape test.
Pre-shipment AQL
AQL 2.5 inspection with photo report and batch traceability issued before the container is sealed.
