Design & Engineering

Structure, die-line and finish specification.

Our structural team builds the die-line in 2D/3D, tests closure force and stacking load, and specifies foil, deboss, varnish and lining. You receive a 2D/3D visual and a technical drawing that your logistics team can audit.

10-14 DAYS

Sampling

White mock-up, then full production-intent sample.

First, a white dummy for hand-feel and fit. Then, a production-intent sample on the exact substrate with real foil and lining. Shipped express to Europe or the US for your sign-off.

18-30 DAYS

Production

Scheduled runs with in-line quality control.

Printing, foiling, die-cutting, and hand-assembly. Every 500th unit is pulled for dimensional and colour inspection against the approved sample. You receive photo reports at first-off, mid-run, and completion.
